If you dread the dentist
Many of our patients arrive after a long gap
You will not be told off for how long it has been. A first visit like that is an examination and a conversation only — no treatment, even if there is something to treat.
The point is that you leave knowing what is ahead, what it costs and in what order — not with an unfinished mouth and a vague bill.

Common questions
Before you book
Is the slot really booked straight away?
The slot is held in the calendar immediately, so nobody else can take it. We confirm by phone within the working day, usually to check that the time you chose is long enough for your case.
Do you work with the national health fund?
This practice is fictional, made for a demonstration, so this answer is a placeholder. On a real site this is where the exact arrangement with the health fund would be stated.
Do you see children?
Yes, from the age of four. The first visit is short and treatment-free: the child gets used to the room and we see whether anything is urgent.
What if I am late?
Call us. Up to ten minutes is usually fine. Beyond that we may have to shorten or move the appointment so the next patient is not pushed back.
